This is for people who've been in the room when the wrong call was made  and weren't sure how to stop it.

For the founder, the operator, the senior leader who's stopped trusting frameworks that sound good in books, and wants something they can actually pressure-test against a real decision. If that's you - keep reading. If you're looking to sharpen how you think before you commit - keep reading.

Spot The Frame Before You Commit.

Every decision you make is already inside a frame: assumptions, defaults, the way the question got asked. People argue the answer and miss the frame entirely. You'll learn to see the frame first, name it, and decide whether it's the one you actually want to be working inside. This is the frame the rest of the course is built on.

Act Boldly Without Being Reckless.

Bold thinking without grounding is reckless. Grounding without bold thinking is slow. You'll learn to hold both — how to test a bold idea against real constraints, real data, and real downside before you move. The deal with Disney is one of the worked examples. You'll see how the call actually got made.

See What matters.  And What doesn't.

Some work compounds. Some work just fills the day. The course teaches you to tell them apart and how to redirect a team, or yourself, toward the work that actually changes the outcome.

Ben Lenzo, Founder of The Perception Collective

About Ben

I started a video game company from my bedroom in 1995 and built it into Australia's largest - eight-figure revenues, 120 staff, three continents. Since then I've served on boards across private, listed and not-for-profit companies, and spent the last decade running The Perception Collective, advising founders and executive teams on the decisions that actually move things forward. Along the way I've made some unconventional calls. While the entertainment industry was spending fortunes fighting piracy in court, I designed a system that turned the thing they were fighting into a new revenue stream. Disney and others signed on. The product didn't reach market at scale - a story I tell in the course - but the thinking behind it runs through everything I've done: bold ideas, grounded in evidence, that flip what looks impossible into what's obvious in hindsight. Challenge The Frame is the thinking behind it. The same approach I use in my own boardrooms and with my own clients. It's not always pretty, but it's the approach behind 30 years of building real successes from ideas that sounded crazy at the time.
